Is my ad budget included in the monthly CRM price?

No — your ad budget is separate and billed directly through the ALD Ads account (seperate from the CRM wallet). Your monthly Lions Den membership covers your CRM, AI systems, funnels, support, and tech — but the actual advertising cost is paid to the platform when your ads run. This is because it's not a solid number, you have the flexibility to increase or decrease your Ad spend — all depending on your goals.

Your ad budget is flexible and fully under your control. You can start small, scale up as results come in, or pause anytime. Most agents begin with $20–$40/day, depending on their market size and goals.

What advertising platform are these ads made for?

Our ads are built to run through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Google & YouTube). The setup and templates have been tested across thousands of dollars in ad spend and are optimized to generate high-quality buyer and seller leads that convert. Though not everyone is a fan of Meta Ads, you will get your best bang for your buck through Meta with an ad spend of $20/day and up. However, we realize not every market favors Meta Ads so we also have fully templated Google Ads as well. While Google's base daily Ad Spend is $100/day, you can get some good results from there as well.

How do I make changes to my ads?

Simple. If you’d like to request a change (new creative, budget adjustment, audience tweak, offer update, new limited-time ad launch, etc.), just submit a request through the “Lions Den HelpDesk” form inside your CRM dashboard (left-hand menu) or request the form from our Customer Success Manager.

Our team reviews and implements requests based on your plan level.

How much does it really cost?

The costs include your subscription fee (plus a one-time setup fee of $35). Your ad wallet amount, which we recommend a budget of $20/day for FB/Insta Ads and $100/day for Google Ads. The CRM system is only a nominal usage fee when text messages, emails, or Ai phone calls go out. It only increases the more you use, which means only when you get more leads into the system to work. The Ad spend and CRM usage fees are on-top of the monthly subscription fees. There are no long-term contracts and you can cancel anytime. Most agents start with $20-$40 per day on Ad spend and scale up as they see results.
